lost

This blog has gotten lost in the last 2 months. Oh well- time to get more consistent with it again. It is about this time 2 years ago when I was writing most often as I had just moved to Atlanta and it was an outlet for sure. Here I am about to embark on another move (in less than 3 weeks!) and I'm beginning to feel the crazy mix of emotions. A lot is similar and a lot is different about this move. There's fear, anticipation, sadness, frustration, hopes, dreams, memories, excitement, denial... I hope over the next few weeks to process through some of this. Stay tuned.

As a brief update of the last 2 months:

- graduated nursing school

- started dating Frank (don't love the timing, but it's been a good thing)

- worked full-time

- visited DC to look around, take care of some employment stuff, and meet new people

- went to Chattanooga for a wedding over Memorial Day weekend

- performed with Imogen Heap at the Tabernacle (with my girl Stephanie from our band The Steamies)

- tried to figure out why licensure through DC Board of Nursing takes so long- still waiting!

- traveled to Germany and Austria
